PURPOSE: To obtain a clock with age-of-moon and asterism display easy to look, by arranging hr and min hands displaying solar time, an age-of-moon display part and an asterism display panel on the same display surface.

CONSTITUTION: An asterism display window 23 for seeing through an asterism display panel 8 is provided to dial 2 and surrounded by circular arcs showing the nothern extremity 23b and the southern extremity 23a and the arc showing the horizon 23c in latitude 35° N. and the asterism in the vicinity of the equator, the equator 8a of the sky and the right ascension line 8b are drawn with the South Pole of the sky as a central figure. A roundhole 6a having a size, of which the angle range to a rotary center is 60°, is provided to a moon display panel 6 and a shade panel 7 is arranges so as to be superposed to the under surface of the moon display panel 6 while three shield parts having the same color as the moon display panel 6 are provided in a size just superposd to the round hole 6a at equal intervals. A moon background part 22 for display the color of the moon is provided at the position corresponding to the orbit of the round hole 6a of the moon display part 6 and the position and phase of the moon is displayed by using the rotation of the moon display panel 6 and the rotation difference of the moon display panel 6 and the shade panel 7.
