The timepiece with the lighting function includes a lighting system 10 provided with a plurality of LEDs 11, 12, 13 having different wavelengths, a drive circuit 14 supplying currents to the plurality of LEDs of the lighting system individually, a control circuit 15 controlling the drive circuit, a battery 16 supplying power to the control circuit and the lighting system, and a switch 17 (external operation member) driving the plurality of LEDs individually within a specific period T by the drive circuit under the control by the control circuit when externally operated.
