The rotary weight 9 is provided with a rotary weight decoration part 10 visually recognized via the back plate 6. Together with the rotation of of the rotary weight 9, the decoration part 10 rotates in the space 52 surrounded by the step part 82 on the inner surface 61 side of the back plate 6.
