A positioning part 37 and a locking part 38 formed of a plurality of unevennesses arranged in a rotating direction are formed on the back face of the bezel. A click stop mechanism (a positioning means) 25 engaged with and detached from the positioning part 37 to hold the bezel 35 in the rotation stop position of the bezel 35 is mounted to a body 16. A locking member 51 is arranged between the body 16 and the back face of the bezel 35 movably in the radial direction of the body 16. The member 51 has operating protrusions 53, 54 push-in operated from the outer peripheral side of the bezel 35, a holding groove (a holding part) 56, and a stopper part 55 inserted in and detached from the locking part 38. A click stop mechanism (a holding means) 31 engaged with the holding groove 56 to hold the locking member 51 when the locking member 51 is moved into a position where the stopper part 55 is engaged with the locking part 38, is mounted to the body 16.
