PURPOSE: To secure actuation of the timer with a small amount of power consumption by using mainly the external force or the spring force of the inner spring to carry out the switching of the main current and then controlling the switching via the electromagnetic locking device featuring a small power consumption.
CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic locking device consists of magnet 8, yoke 6 and 7, magnetic path switching component 10 and exciting coil 11 each. With press of push-button 5, yoke 6 and 7 are sucked by holding yoke 9, and then lowered down when they are released from yoke 9 to be sucked to component 10. The switching velocity is accelerated for mobile contact 4 via spring 14, and contact 4 is pressed to the fixed contact when yoke 6 and 7 are sucked to component 10. After this, the electric conduction is given to coil 11 from the timer circuit, and thus yoke 6 and 7 are seprated from component 10 and returns to the upper part with the spring force of contact 4 to be sucked steadily to yoke 79. Thus, the timer can be actuated with a small amount of power consumption.
