Abstract:
To provide a timer by which the time of each player is indicated and time measurement is automatically performed.
A command processing prohibition time is set in advance according to the play. When a start command is received (S26), start processing (S27) is executed and a timer measuring the command processing prohibition time is started (S32). Even if next command is sent during the operation (S25) of this timer, it is made ineffective and the next command after the termination of this timer is processed.
