Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible to form a gap at a determined reference position accurately, by supplying a measuring value with a length of belt piece to a comparative device, providing a controllable step motor by the comparative device and by providing a taking-out device acting to a belt-piece formed the gap. CONSTITUTION: To a transfer means 7, a continuous slide fastener belt piece containing a go-stop compensating loop 9 of the belt piece 2 before a gapping device 3 for a transfer direction is provided to add a bias to the loop 9 by a preliminary load or a bias weight 8. Between loop 9 and the device 3, a measuring roller 10 to measure a length of the belt piece 2 transferred as a laid matter is arranged. The measured value by the roller 10 is supplied to an actual value setting comparator 11 of a control device as an actual value of length. Further, to the transfer means, a controllable by the comparator 11 step motor 13, and a taking-out device 12 acting the belt piece 2 formed the gap is provided. As a result, a gap can be formed at the determined reference position accurately.
