Abstract:

To provide a timing controller, an LCD driver equipped with the timing controller, and a method for outputting display data.

The timing controller receives vertical synchronizing signals and data enable signals, generates internal data enable signals having a cycle longer than one of the data enable signals on the basis of the vertical synchronizing signals and the data enable signals, and executes a memory update action using the internal data enable signals. The LCD driver equipped with the timing controller outputs display data stored in a memory device using the internal data enable signals. A data line driving circuit drives a data line based on the output display data. The display data outputting method is achieved by the LCD driver.
