This timing lock device 3 for a faucet has a valve seat 30, a top cover 10, the locking washer 20, a relief rod 40, the locking valve shaft 50 and a compression spring 70. In use, the relief rod is used for releasing water pressure in a pressure storage chamber of the top cover. The water flows outside when the locking washer is moved upward by the locking valve shaft. In use, the water gradually flows in the pressure storage chamber by passing through a return through-hole of the top cover, and the water flow is automatically stopped by restoring force of the compression spring and a water pressure increase in the pressure storage chamber.
