PURPOSE: To generate a timing pulse advanced in phase from an input pulse by a prescribed time.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 9 is turned off while an input pulse A is in a high level and a capacitor 7 is charged by a constant current from a voltage source 1. While the input pulse A is in a low level, the switch 9 is turned on, the charged in the capacitor 7 is discharged and a sawtooth wave is outputted to an output terminal of an operational amplifier 5. The operational amplifier 13 invert an input, a peak hold circuit 17 peak holds the inverted sawtooth wave to obtain a DC voltage of a peak level, and a subtractor circuit 21 subtracts a DC voltage of a constant voltage source 19 from its DC voltage above. A comparator 23 generates a pulse with a width of a period when the level of the sawtooth wave from the operational amplifier 13 is higher than the DC voltage from the subtractor circuit 21.
