Abstract:

To provide a technology for efficiently and inexpensively forming a uniform tin thin-film electrode usable for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, on a current collector.

This tin-containing paste contains tin oxalate as an organic metal compound, tetraethylene glycol, and 1,2-diamino cyclohexane at a molar ratio of 1:[2 to 4]:[2 to 4]. It is heated and agitated to form highly viscous tin-containing paste, which is then applied onto the current collector and fired to form the tin thin-film electrode.
