BEA骨格構造を有するスズ含有ゼオライト材料を調製する方法であって、BEA骨格構造を有し、空の四面体骨格サイトを有するゼオライト材料を準備するステップ、スズイオン源を固体状で準備するステップ、固相イオン交換によりスズをゼオライト材料中に導入するステップ、ゼオライト材料を焼成するステップ、及び焼成されたゼオライト材料を、最大で5のpHを有する水溶液により処理するステップを含む前記方法。
