A tin eliminating method from an aged photographic color development developer consists of collection of an aged photographic color development developer containing tin, treatment of the collected developer with a resin provided with a chelating group selected from a group consisting of diphosphonic acid, amidoxime, and thiol, and removal of tin from the color development developer according to this treatment. Tin is removed from the aged photographic color development developer containing the tin in the form of the first tin (II) ion or a stannate complex ion.
