Title:
TINNED STEEL SHEET COATED WITH POLYETHYLEN FILM THEREON
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3873733
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tinned steel sheet coated with a polyethylen film thereon, having superior adhesiveness to the polyethylen film, though the chemical conversion coating film formed on the surface of the tinned layer does not contain Cr, which is considered to be undesirable for environment in spite of having an effect on improving the coating characteristics.
SOLUTION: This tinned steel sheet has an intermediate layer formed on the surface of a steel sheet, a tinned layer formed thereon so that the intermediate layer of 3.0% or more by area rate can be exposed outward, the chemical conversion coating film containing 0.5-100 mg/m2 P and 0.1-250 mg/m2 Si on the surface of exposed parts of the intermediate layer and the tinned layer, and the hot-melt polyethylen film on the surface of the chemical conversion coating film.
