Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable tips to be reliably separated and transferred one by one at high speed when the tips to be conveyed in a line by a feeder are transferred in respective recessed parts of a rotor one by one.
CONSTITUTION: Tips (t) from a feeder 3 are conveyed by being transferred in respective recessed parts 1a of a rotor 1, to be intermittently rotated at high speed, and the checked tips (t) are transferred and charged on a chip tape 6. And a suction port 8 is opened on the tip in respective recessed parts 1a of the rotor 1, and also an air injecting port for stop air and a light transmitting hole 10 of a sensor 11 are arranged in the tip position of the feeder 3 so positioned as to be relative to the recessed parts 1a in the chip transferring position to the recessed parts 1a of the rotor 1 from the feeder 3. The step rotation and stop are controlled in link with the detection of cut off (OFF) and passage (ON) of beam light of a sensor by suction-transferring of the first tip (t) on the feeder 3 into the recessed part 1a of the rotor 1.
