Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip dowel for a ring burner used for a reinforced gas pressure welding process, and especially a tip dowel for gas pressure welding with a novel structure, wherein a given range including a butting portion of gas pressure welding objective reinforcing bars and its proximity can be surely heated.
SOLUTION: A center tip part 13 is formed at the center of a tip face 12 of a dowel body, and dispersed peripheral tip parts 14, 14 are installed around the omnidirection of the center tip part. The tip parts 13, 14, 14 are arranged/ formed in a manner that the flame is ejected to the pressure welding objective reinforcing bars within a range of about 1-2 times or more of the reinforcing bar diameter in the axial direction of the bar and about 0.8 times of the reinforcing bar diameter in the thickness direction of the bar. Additionally, a groove part 15 for supplying the air which is arranged on each tip face vertically and horizontally and opened on an outer periphery of the dowel body, is installed between adjacent tip parts of the center tip part 13 and the peripheral tip parts 14, 14.
