Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely carry out the fine adjustment of an outer diameter of a cutting edge of a reamer insert in a short time.SOLUTION: At a tip end portion of a holder body 1, an adjusting member attaching hole 10 communicating with an inner peripheral side of an insert attaching seat 4, and an adjusting screw hole 11 intersecting the adjusting member attaching hole 10 are formed. On an inner peripheral surface of the adjusting member attaching hole 10, a guide portion 10a forming a partially cylindrical shape around an attaching hole center line C is formed. A screw hole center line L of the adjusting screw hole 11 passes through an opposite side of the guide portion 10a while sandwiching the attaching hole center line C therebetween, an adjusting screw 12 is screwed in the adjusting screw hole 11. Into the adjusting member attaching hole 10, an adjusting member 14 which has a sliding portion 14c sliding with the guide portion 10a, an abutting portion 14e on which the adjusting screw 12 directly or indirectly abuts, and a pressing portion 14f facing the opposite side to the abutting portion 14e and capable of pressing the reamer insert 5 on an outer peripheral side of the holder body 1, on an outer peripheral surface, is inserted so as to rotate about the attaching hole center line C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
