This tire-wheel assembly 1 for a road traveling vehicle comprises the wheel 3 and a tire main body 2 which is fitted on the wheel 3. An electricity forming device 100 having a thermocouple 110 which generates electricity by the Seebeck effect from a temperature difference between the temperature of one end section which is arranged so as to sense the temperature of the outside of a tire air chamber 21, and the temperature of the other end section which is arranged so as to sense the temperature of a rim 31 is provided on the wheel 3 of the tire-wheel assembly 1. The electricity is generated by the heat when the vehicle travels, and the battery of a sensor unit 200 is charged.
