Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain detailed information about not only the presence or absence of a tire abnormality occurrence in a vehicle but also a tire in which abnormality has occurred.
SOLUTION: The device comprises rotation detecting means 3a to 3d which detect every passage of rotation detecting parts 21 formed on bodies of rotation 2a to 2d in the circumferential direction, the bodies of rotation 2a to 2d rotating together with tires 1a to 1d as one body, and an electronic control system 4 into which the detection signals obtained by the rotation detecting means 3a to 3d are inputted. The electronic control system 4 comprises an amount of shift dependent value computing means which computes an amount of shift dependent value which depends on the amount of shift of the frequency of the detection signals from the reference value, a feature variable computing means which computes a feature variable representing the feature of the computed amount of shift dependent value and a judging means which judges normality or abnormality of the condition of a tire with two values on the basis of the feature variable.
