Title:
TIRE ABRASION PREDICTING METHOD, AND ABRASION PREDICTING COMPUTER PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015128939
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire abrasion prediction method capable of suppressing the increase in labor.SOLUTION: An abrasion prediction method comprises: a procedure of forming an approximate model containing a grounding area regulated by a predetermined shape designated on the ground face of a tire; a procedure of setting a first approximate function on a shear stress of a slip area; a procedure of setting a second approximate function on a slip amount of the slip area; a procedure of determining a parameter of the first approximate function and a parameter of the second approximate function on the basis of a load acting on the tire during running; a procedure of determining an average shear stress of the slip area on the basis of the first approximate function containing the determined parameter; a procedure of determining a slip amount of the slip area on the basis of the second approximate function containing the determined parameter; a procedure of determining a friction energy on the basis of the average shear stress and the slip amount; and a procedure of predicting the wear of the tire on the basis of the friction energy.
