Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detecting device for air pressure of a tire, capable of accurately registering ID information of a transmitter on own vehicle by distinguishing it from ID information of transmitters on other vehicles.SOLUTION: The timing at which the wheel speed detected by a transmitter 2 reaches a prescribed speed is made to be confirmed by a receiver 3 by involving a wheel speed data in a frame transmitted from the transmitter 2. Besides, ID registration is first performed under such condition that the timing at which the wheel speed detected by the transmitter 2 is accelerated or decelerated to the prescribed speed coincides with that at which the wheel speed acquired by the receiver 3 is accelerated or decelerated to the prescribed speed, Thereby, ID information of the transmitter 2 on own vehicle can be accurately registered by distinguishing from ID information of the transmitter on the other vehicles.
