Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reinforcing core body at the lock section of an antiskid main body from being exposed on the inside face in the width direction of the lock section at the time of vulcanization molding.
SOLUTION: The reinforcing core body 20 of an antiskid main body 10 is bundled with multiple cord members 21, and the cord members 21 are spirally twisted together. The number of the twisting times of the cord members 21 is preferably set to 1-3 times/100 mm. The total resistance of the reinforcing core body 20 against the flow of a rubber material 30 in the molding grooves 101 of a die 100 and the tension and shrinkage of the cord members 21 of the reinforcing core body 20 is increased, and the movement to the inside in the width direction from the center position of a lock section 11 is prevented.
