PURPOSE: To prevent the relief of the pointed and portion of an arm portion at the time of the high speed rotation of a wheel by providing a stay portion which connects a base portion perimeter to a portion which is more inside portion than a bending portion to the vehicle width direction inside of the wheel in the opposed side portion of the wheel or the arm portion.

CONSTITUTION: In the boss portion 14 of a tire antiskid device 10, eight arm connecting portions 22 which are radially projected at equal intervals in the radial direction are integrally formed around a disc portion 18. In the arm portion 16, a base end portion 16A is connected to the arm connecting portion 22, and a middle portion 16B is bent and a pointed end portion 16C is extended in the axis direction of the boss portion 14. On the wheel width direction outside surface of the base end portion 16A of the arm portion 16, an arm supporting portion 28 is projectedly provided, and it is in contact with the arm connecting portion 22 and it supports the arm portion 16 to the arm connecting portion 22 together with a bolt 24. In addition, on the wheel width direction inside surface of the base end portion 16A of the arm portion 16, a stay fall preventing stopper 30 is projectedly provided so as to prevent a stick-shaped stay 32 which is attached to both sides in the vehicle cross direction of the arm portion 16 from being biased in the base end portion 16A direction of the arm portion 16.
