Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify operation and a structure by enabling the support stand supporting a buffing apparatus to move to a tire case rotating means and making the same freely rotatable not only centering around a first axial line but also centering around a second axial line separated from the first axial line over a circular arc and allowing a buffing surface to be spaced apart from the first axial line.
CONSTITUTION: A support stand 24 is freely movable on a slide frame 22 before and behind so as to obtain the predetermined preset buffing radius corresponding to a crown radius by moving a buffing part 14 including a buffing head part 26. This movement is performed by moving the buffing part 14 and the slide frame 22 to the annular track of a guide frame 21 and rotation is performed centering around the vertical axial line A spaced apart from the support stand 24 itself. Further, the support stand 24 can be rotated over the predetermined preset buffing radius corresponding to a shoulder part radius and this rotation is performed centering around the vertical axial line B of the support stand 24. The vertical axial line A corresponds to the axial line (center line) of a tire rotating part 16 and the guide frame 21 as a whole and the vertical axial line B corresponds to the center line of the buffing part 14.
