To provide a method for manufacturing a tire capable of correcting tire uniformity of itself.

The tire 800 has a pair of beads 802 and a carcass reinforcing ply 820 extending between the beads 802 so as to upgrade the uniformity properties of the tire 800. The carcass reinforcing ply 820 can be made plastic or non-plastic and has a plurality of reinforcing cords 821, embedded in a matrix material, which enable changing the respective directions of the reinforcing cords to the other material or member of the tire 800 and restricting the change after the tire 800 is at least partially vulcanized. The method for manufacturing the tire comprises the steps of making the matrix material plastic and changing the directions of one or two or more reinforcing cords without stretching the cords beyond their elastic limit and further, making the matrix material non- plastic.
