Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire condition monitoring device capable of realizing size reduction while including a self-generating feature.SOLUTION: A tire condition monitoring device 10 includes: a fixed base 20 fixed to a wheel; and a tire-condition monitoring device main body 11 that mounts therein a sensor communication circuit including a pressure sensor and a wireless circuit, and a secondary battery 37 feeding the sensor communication circuit, and that is supported by the fixed base 20 so as to be able to make reciprocating motion relative to the fixed base 20. If the tire-state monitoring main body 11 makes a reciprocating motion relative to the fixed base 20 by an inertial force generated in response to a motion change of the wheel, a piezoelectric element 25 converts kinetic energy of the reciprocating motion to electric power to feed the secondary battery 37.
