An end part of the outside leg part 5E of the inside flipper and an end part of the folding-back part 10A of an inside part are positioned at radial direction distances LE and HA from the reference line XX' smaller than D, and an end part of the inside leg part 5I and end parts of the folding- back parts 10B and 10C of the inside ply are positioned at radial directional distances LI, HB and HC from the reference line XX' larger than a distance D.
