To improve the service life of a bead of a tire when a tire for an aircraft is exposed to a heavy overload causing crushing not less than about 50% of its height.
This tire has a radial carcass 1, and has an inside ply to form folding-back parts 10A, 10B and 10C by being wound round a bead wire 3 to outside from inside and outside plies 1D and 1E extending along the folding- back parts, and a filler 4 having a height D is placed in the radial direction to a reference line XX', and has at least a single inside flipper having two leg parts 5I and 5E. An end part of the outside leg part 5E of the inside flipper and an end part of the folding-back part 10A of an inside part are positioned at radial direction distances LE and HA from the reference line XX' smaller than D, and an end part of the inside leg part 5I and end parts of the folding- back parts 10B and 10C of the inside ply are positioned at radial directional distances LI, HB and HC from the reference line XX' larger than a distance D.
