To provide a tire inspection method and its apparatus which can ensure that the quality of tires to be shipped is at a certain level or more.
An appearance inspection of an unvulcanized tire T0, a uniformity inspection, a primary appearance inspection, and a secondary appearance inspection of a vulcanized tire T are carried out. Each inspection result is stored in terminals 4, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, and a server 100 in correspondence with the identification information of a stick-on indicator LA. When each inspection result fulfills a standard, respectively, a vulcanized tire T on which the stick-on indicator LA of the corresponding identification information is stuck moves toward a shipping storage area, thereby ensuring that the quality of tires to be shipped is at a certain level or more and providing the advantage of reducing faults in tires which are found after shipping.
