Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire marker-stamping plate reducing processing for a tire mold and contributing to the productivity improvement, and to provide a tire production method.SOLUTION: A platy body 2 composing a tire marker-stamping plate 1 having a marker forming part 4 has a peripheral edge part 3 protruding toward a rear face side, and a housing part 5 surrounded by the peripheral edge part 3 at the rear face side. An adhesive 6 is housed in the housing part 5. The rear side protruding end 3a of the peripheral edge part 3 is contacted with the prescribed range 8a in the state of the tire profile molding surface of a tire mold 7 as it is by making the rear face side of the platy body 2 face the prescribed range 8a. Besides, the platy body 2 is made to be in such a state as joined to the range 8a by the adhesive 6 and then, a green tire 9 is vulcanized and molded using the tire mold 7. Thereby, a tire 10 on which a marker 11 is stamped by the marker forming part 4 is produced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
