Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily produce a mold while preventing the melting of a knife blade.
CONSTITUTION: Protruding parts 20, 22 for forming thick grooves such as grooves or slots are provided to a matrix made of aluminum and protruding parts 24 for forming fine grooves such as sipes are provided by vertically providing knife blades made of titanium to form a tread molding surface 18. An Alumite film is formed on the tread molding surface 18 to constitute triad forming upper and lower molds 16a, 16b.
