Abstract:
To provide a tire molding method capable of making a shape of a first rubber layer into a desired shape, the first rubber layer being exposed to an end face of a display section.SOLUTION: A tire molding method comprises: a coating step of coating a first rubber layer with liquid rubber of a different color from a color of the first rubber layer to form a second rubber layer; an unvulcanized tire forming step of forming an unvulcanized tire so as to dispose the second rubber layer on an outer surface of a side wall; a vulcanization molding step of forming a protruded part on the side wall by bringing the outer surface of the side wall into contact with a tire mold; and a removal step of causing the first rubber layer to be exposed by removing an end part of the protruded part to form a display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
