Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve maneuverability and stability at high speeds and to prevent plies at both ends of a breaker from coming off by forming a carcass and the beaker with organic fiber cords of respectively specific tensile elasticity module and by placing the breaker over the entire width of a tread. CONSTITUTION:A carcass 5 is constituted such that organic fiber cords of the tensile elasticity modulus of 500-1500kg/mm<2>, rayon cords for example, are embedded in parallel in the radial direction at the embedding density of for example 30-60cords/5cm in rubber of the 100% modulus of about 25-75kg/cm<2>. A breaker 7 is constituted such that organic cords of the tensile elasticity modulus of 200-1000kg/cm<2>, for example rayon cords, are embedded at the embedding density of for example 30-55cords/5cm in parallel in the radial direction in rubber of the 100% modulus of about 30-80kg/cm<2> and the breaker is placed over the entire width of a tread 2. With this constitution, maneuverability and stability at high speeds are improved and the breaker is prevented from exfoliating at its both ends.
