This tire particle aggregate 100 is an aggregate with a plurality of hollow particles 4. A tire 1 having a belt layer 8 at least and the tire air chamber 3 demarcated by the tire 1 and a rim 2 are filled with the tire particle aggregate with high-pressure gas exceeding the atmospheric pressure. In the tire 1, a high-elasticity cord having a tensile breaking strength of 2.0 cN/dtex or more and an elongation percentage of 3% or less at the tensile breaking strength of 2.0 cN/dtex or more is spirally disposed in the circumferential direction of the tire, and a belt reinforcing layer 9 coated with rubber is provided inside in the diametral direction of the tire of the belt layer 8 or outside in the diametral direction of the tire. The hollow particle is formed of continuous phase of resin and closed cell and shaped substantially spherical, and when the internal pressure in the tire air chamber drops, the aggregate reaches a predetermined temperature (a re-expansion start temperature (Ts2)) so that the hollow particle 4 expands.
