Abstract:
To provide a tire polishing device than can measure polishing amounts of a tire accurately.SOLUTION: A tire polishing device 10 as one example of embodiments comprises a driving device 15 that rotates a tire 1, a polishing device 20 that polishes a surface of the tire 1, and a measuring device 30 that measures polishing amounts of the tire. The tire polishing device 10 is configured so that the measuring device 30 irradiates a ground contacts area 4 and a groove bottom 6 of the tire 1 respectively with laser beams to measure the polishing amounts of the tire from a difference in measurement value between the ground contact area 4 and the groove bottom 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
