Title:
TIRE PRESSURE ALARM UNIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018189439
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire pressure alarm unit which has a simple configuration that helps reduce cost, can be used for trucks as a single tire pressure alarm unit, and is capable of wirelessly notifying a user when a low-tire-pressure alarm signal is generated thereby.SOLUTION: When air pressure inside a tire is lower than a predetermined set pressure value, pressure in an air chamber 25 of a base section 2 becomes greater than pressure in an upper accommodation space of the air chamber 25, which causes a central portion of a movable membrane 30 to move upward to deform the membrane into a concave shape, causing the movable membrane 30 to come into contact with a contact plate 4 to generate an alarm signal. An outer frame cover 40 is removably attached to the base section 2. A tire pressure alarm unit includes a near-field wireless communication module 10 that enables near-field wireless communication with an external communication terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
