Abstract:
To provide a tire inflation pressure detector in which the pressure tightness of a chamber provided with a pressure sensor is improved.SOLUTION: The tire inflation pressure detector comprises: a both-end-opened housing 10 having a one-end opening 11a that is an introduction port for a fluid in a tire and another-end opening 11b that faces the one-end opening; a pressure sensor 20 arranged in a chamber 12 provided inside the housing communicating with the one-end opening; a sensor board 21 arranged between the chamber and the other-end opening with a mounting surface 21a, on which the pressure sensor is mounted, facing the chamber; and an encapsulating resin 30 arranged in an internal space 13 of the housing between the sensor board and the other-end opening and bonded by adhering to the inner circumferential surface of the housing enclosing the internal space and the opposite side 21b of the mounting surface. The other-end opening of the chamber is sealed up by the encapsulating resin, and a reinforcing resin 60 is further included that is bonded by adhering to the periphery of the camber, of the inner surface of the housing and to the circumferential edge of the mounting surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
