Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire air-pressure monitoring apparatus capable of preventing turn-on of a warning lamp during auto-location, in a case that a correct air-pressure adjustment is performed after tire rotation in a front-rear different-pressure vehicle in which a recommended air pressure of a tire air-pressure is different between front and rear wheels.SOLUTION: A TPMSCU (Tire Pressure Monitoring System Control Unit) 4 includes a lamp turn-on control part 4a for changing a front-wheel-side turn-on threshold and a rear-wheel-side turn-on threshold to given values lower than the aforementioned thresholds during auto-location implementation.
