Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device for repairing lug lacking at low cost while maintaining quality of a tire.SOLUTION: The recovery device 16 is a device 16 for repairing lacking of lug 8 on a tread 4 of a tire 2. The device 16 has a mold piece 20 having a cavity face 34 inside, a body 18 fixing the mold piece 20, compression fixture 22 attached to the body 18 and a heater 24 heating the mold piece 20. The device 16 repairs lacking of the lug 8 by contacting the tread 4, in which an unvulcanized rubber is laminated to a lacking part of the lug 8, with the cavity face 34, compressing an apex 62 of the compression fixture 22 to a reverse face of the tire 2 so that the unvulcanized rubber and the cavity face 34 are adhered, heating the mold piece 20 by the heater 24 and thereby vulcanizing the unvulcanized rubber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
