To provide a tire replacing device allowing easy recognition of use frequencies of the tire replacing device, maintenance according to the use frequencies and an easy replacing work for every part according to the deterioration degree of each part.

This tire replacing device includes a wheel support part which is used for performing the replacing work of the tire in relation to a wheel and supports the wheel, an interposition mechanism having an interposition member interposed between a bead part of the tire and the wheel when mounting or removing the tire on/from the wheel, and a pressing mechanism having a pressing member for pressing a side surface of the tire to separate the bead part from the wheel when removing the tire from the wheel. The tire replacing device includes a counter for recording the number of times of operations of the tire replacing device to perform the mounting or removing work of the tire.
