Abstract:
To provide a wear characteristics test method of rubber for tires capable of improving the test accuracy of an abrasion test using a test piece, and a wear characteristics test method machine.SOLUTION: A wear characteristics test method of rubber for tires includes: a specimen preparation step of preparing a test piece S of a tread rubber of an actual tire; a rotating body creation step of creating a rotation body 2 that has a simulated road surface 21 that reproduces a predetermined actual road surface; and an abrasion test step of bringing the test piece into contact with the simulated road surface 21 of rotation body 2 under predetermined test conditions.
