This device has a pressure-resistant container 3 containing tire-puncture sealing material and an outlet valve 4 mounted on the upper end of the pressure-resistant container 3 and provided with an air intake port 6 communicating with high pressure air source and a discharge port 7 communicating with the tire. The outlet valve 4 is also provided with a discharge passage 22, made of a pipe-like portion 21 extending downward from the discharge port 7 to the vicinity of the bottom of the pressure-resistant container 3. Further, the valve is also provided with an annular air intake passage 23 extending downward from the air intake port 6 while surrounding the external periphery of the pipe-like portion 21.
