Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing apparatus capable of manufacturing a sheet in which a temperature difference between a front surface and a back surface is suppressed.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus 2 for a sheet 20 used in a tire molding process. The manufacturing apparatus 2 includes a rolling mill 4 that forms a belt-shaped uncooled sheet 24 from a high-temperature unvulcanized rubber 18, and a cooler that cools the uncooled sheet 24 to obtain a sheet 20. The cooler has at least one first cooling drum 26a capable of moving while a cooling liquid 32 flows inside and a back surface of the uncooled sheet 24 contacts an outer surface thereof, and at least one second cooling drum 26b in which the cooling liquid 32 flows and a front surface of the uncooled sheet 24 can be moved while contacting an outer surface thereof. A flow rate of the cooling liquid 32 flowing through the first cooling drum 26a and a flow rate of the cooling liquid 32 flowing through the second cooling drum 26b can be individually controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
