Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether a user boards a vehicle and transmit information indicating a tire condition.SOLUTION: Tire condition detection devices 20 are mounted on four wheels 12 of a vehicle respectively. The tire condition detection devices 20 have acceleration sensors 23. Controllers of the tire condition detection devices 20 determine whether the vehicle is travelling from second detection values inputted from the acceleration sensors 23. The controllers, when the vehicle is stopping, make transmission circuits to transmit transmitted signals less frequently in comparison with transmission at the time when the vehicle is travelling. The controllers, when the vehicle is stopping, make the transmission circuits to transmit transmitted signals if acceleration detection values by the acceleration sensors 23 surpass a threshold for boarding determination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
