Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire stencil production apparatus for production of a tire stencil.SOLUTION: A tire stencil production apparatus comprises: a reel 4 to be wound with a metal-made hoop 5 consisting of a belt-like metal-made thin sheet; feeding means 6 of feeding the metal-made hoop 5; embossment processing means 7 which is provided with a concave upper die and a convex lower die and embossing the metal-made hoop 5 with a transfer shape for an identification indicator; and full punching means 8 of punching a tire stencil 30 from the metal-made hoop 5 embossed by the embossment means. In the produced tire stencil consisting of a metal-made thin sheet, end parts 41 of the outer periphery are in the same plane, and an inner peripheral part 40 forms a curved surface. In the inner peripheral part 40, there is formed a transfer shape for stamping an identification indicator 3 consisting of at least one convex character or number in a side part 2 of a tire 1, by embossing in such a way as to be protruded in the concave direction of the curved surface of the inner peripheral part 40.
