Abstract:
To provide a tire vulcanizing apparatus and method which make it easy to simply and surely peel off a vulcanizing bladder from a vulcanized tire and remove it from a vulcanizing mold without causing unnecessary deformation to the vulcanized tire.SOLUTION: The tire vulcanizing apparatus is provided with a pouring mechanism 8 having a pouring channel 10 opening on a surface of a lower bead ring 6b which holds a lower opening edge of a vulcanizing bladder 5 together with a lower clamping portion 6a and a valve body 9 for opening and closing an opening, wherein, in a state where a tire T vulcanized from a green tire G is sandwiched between an inner surface of the vulcanizing mold 7 and an outer surface of the vulcanizing bladder 5, the valve body 9 is moved by the pressure of a gas A injected into the pouring channel 10 to open the opening, the gas A is injected between the outer surface of the vulcanizing bladder 5 and the inner surface of the tire T, and the vulcanizing bladder 5 is contracted by a suction machine 3b to separate the outer surface of the vulcanizing bladder 5 from the inner surface of the tire T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
