Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization mold capable of effectively suppressing a recess of a bead part due to residue of air during vulcanization molding.SOLUTION: There is provided a vulcanization mold for molding a pneumatic tire having a bead part. It contains a bead ring 10 having a bead molding surface for molding an outside surface of the bead part. The bead ring 10 has a band-shaped first bent line 13 extending on a bead molding surface 10s in a tire circumferential direction and a bent flow channel 16 forming a bent pore 17 of which one edge communicates with a mold outside and another edge opens at the bead molding surface 10s. The bent pore 17 is arranged in outer side in a tire radius direction than the first bent line 13. In the bead molding surface 10s, further a band-shaped second bent line 14 extending from the first bent line 13 to the bent pore 17 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
