PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire wheel assembly having an excellent cooling effect.SOLUTION: A tire wheel assembly 10 is an assembly constituted of a wheel 14 and a tire 18, and which comprises an inner cylindrical part 20, an outer cylindrical part 22 surrounding the outer periphery of the inner cylindrical part and a connection part 24 that connects both cylindrical parts. In the inner cylindrical part 20 are provided through-holes 44; the connection part 24 is constituted of a plurality of spokes 42 extending in a width direction W of the inner cylindrical part 20; and the spokes 42 are tilted rearward in a rotation direction R relative to a radial direction K.
