To provide a method for carrying out an appropriate rotational balance adjustment of a tire which is fitted with an air pressure detecting unit, by providing the tire with small pieces of counter balance as though the air pressure detecting unit were not on the tire.

In a spoke type tire wheel made of light alloy comprising five spokes 5, 5,..., an air pressure detecting unit is disposed unitarily with a tire valve 18 on the circumference of the rim and substantially in the center (lower position in the figure) of two spokes located side by side, whose one end are connected to the rim respectively. A plurality of counter balance pieces 22, 23, whose overall weight substantially matches with that of the air pressure detecting unit, are located on the spoke and rim 3 adjacent to the spoke positioned in the symmetrical location with respect to the air pressure detecting unit 20 across the center of rotational axis z.
