Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a tire of high cutting resistance with low heat generation, having high tensile strength and wear resistance even without need of using great quantities of silane coupling agent, by using a rubber composition incorporated with a tertiary amino group-contg. compound.

CONSTITUTION: The objective tire can be obtained by using, as part of the rubber member, such a rubber composition as to contain (A) ≥10wt.%, in the rubber component, of a diene polymer rubber produced by incorporating (i) a polymer prepared by polymerization of a conjugated diolefin or by copolymerization between a conjugated diolefin and vinyl-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon with (ii) in the polymer chain, 1W20wt.% of a tertiary amino group-contg. compound and (B) 5W200pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the rubber component, of silica. The component (ii) is e.g. an acrylate derivative of formula I or II (R1 and R2 are 1W18C alkyl, aralkyl or aryl; R3 is H or 1W5C alkyl; n is 1W10) or acrylamide derivative.
