PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue ligation device that allows an operator to easily form a suture loop with one hand.SOLUTION: A tissue ligation device 1 for ligating tissue comprises: a suture 20; and a hook-like member 30 including a connection part 31 that is connected to a suture side connection part 21 of the suture 20, and a groove part 34 of which an inside wall surface is provided with a locking surface 34c that is arranged so as to be opposed to the suture side connection part 21 and with which the suture 20 can be made to come into contact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
